RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The renter has the right to withdraw from the rental agreement within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the renter must inform Circled Wardrobe of their decision to withdraw from the rental agreement by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). The tenant may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the tenant to send the communication concerning their exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If the renter withdraws from the rental agreement, we shall reimburse to them all payments received from them without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about the withdrawal of this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as the renter used for the initial transaction unless they have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the tenant will not incur any fees due to the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or the renter has supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
The renter shall send back the goods or hand them over to the lender immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which they communicate their withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if the renter sends back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
The renter shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The renter is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If the renter has used the product before returning it to the lender, the renter shall pay a reasonable amount to the lender corresponding to the proportion of the total agreed usage period that has elapsed up to the time of return or dispatch. This amount will be deducted from the reimbursement to the tenant.
