  • How does CIRCLED work ?

  • Does CIRCLED cost me anything ?
    CIRCLED is completely free! We want you to be able to experience the wonderful feeling of sharing and trying out different outfits without breaking the bank and with giving back to the planet. For keeping up the platform and being able to improve it, we are taking a 15% transaction fee from the Rental/Retail Price. If you are a Lender, please keep this in mind when choosing the Rental & Retail Prices. For Renters there are no additional costs except shipping.
  • Can I rent out items that are not high-quality or designer fashion?
    CIRCLED is a rental platform for Designer- und High Quality Fashion, so that Fast-Fashion-Items will be not available on CIRCLED / are not being accepted to upload. For hygiene reasons, we do not allow the rental or lending of underwear or swimwear.
  • Can I keep the item I am renting ?
    Yes, if the lender has included a buying option for the item.
  • Who is responsible for the cleaning of an item ?
    We recommend that renters return the items unwashed, as the lender is best equipped to care for their own items. However, if you wish to wash the items during a longer rental period, you can discuss this with the lender and follow the care instructions provided.
  • What if an item doesn’t fit ?
    If an item does not fit at all, please contact us on the day you receive it. We will work with you to find a solution.
  • How do I contact CIRCLED if I have a question or problem ?
    You can contact us anytime via Mail to office@circledwardrobe.com. We will get back to you within 48 hours.
  • How does CIRCLED ensure the authenticity of the items being rented out ?
    We require that all items being rented out on CIRCLED are authentic, and we may ask for proof of purchase or authenticity from the lender.
  • What happens if a rented item is returned damaged ?
    If a rented item is returned damaged, the renter is responsible for paying for the cleaning and repair costs. If the item is beyond repair or is lost, the renter must pay for the market value of the item.
  • How are rental prices determined?
    Rental prices are set by the lender and are based on the item's value and rental demand.
  • What is the process for returning a rented item?
    The Renter is responsible for the return shipment and must return the item/s to the Lender no later than the day after the end of the rental period. In doing so, a shipping option must be selected that enables tracking of the delivery. The tracking number is to be transmitted by the Renter to the Lender without delay. The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the Renter.
  • How is the process of sending an item to the Renter ?
    As a Lender, you are obliged to send the item/s in time so that it arrives at the Renter at least one day before the start of the rental period. If the start of the rental period falls on a Monday, the item/s must arrive no later than the preceding Saturday. The Lender is entitled to ship the rental item with a shipping service provider of his choice. In any case, however, should always select a delivery method with tracking number. This is to be communicated to the Renter at the latest 24h after dispatch.
  • How long does it take for a Member Request to be processed?
    The CIRCLED Team gives its best to review your member request as soon as possible! It will be usually being processed within 24-48 hours of submission.
  • How do I get to be a CIRCLED Member?
    By signing up, you're sending out a member request to the CIRCLED Team. The CIRCLED Team will ask you for a copy of his ID for safety. After Verification, you are ready to rent & lend on CIRCLED.
  • How do I rent on CIRCLED?
    After the CIRCLED accepts your Member Request and verified your ID, you are ready to scroll through the collection of fashion pieces from other CIRCLER's and our partner brands and rent for 3, 7, 14, 21 Days and/or buy.
  • How do I lend on CIRCLED?
    To lend your items, you can just send us an E-Mail with pictures and all information about your piece (Name, Designer/Brand, Size, Rent and/or Retail, Rental Prices for 3, 7, 14, 21 Days and Retail Price, Personal Pickup and/or Shipping). Please note: CIRCLED will collect a 15% transaction fee from the rental/retail price, so make sure to calculate that in. After the CIRCLED Team reviewed the item/s, they will be uploaded it to the CIRCLED website within 48 hours.
  • How does CIRCLED ensure the safety and security of its users?
    CIRCLED ensures the safety and security of its users by requiring ID verification for all members, and by carefully reviewing and monitoring all rental transactions. Additionally, we have a team of customer service representatives available to help users with any questions or concerns.
  • What kind of identification is accepted for user verification?
    We accept government-issued IDs such as identity cards or passports.
  • How are my Items protected? (Lender)
    We take the protection of your items seriously. All users must complete ID verification, so we always know who is handling your items. If any issues arise during the lending process, please contact us and we will work to ensure you are compensated.
  • What happens if I damage a piece? (Renter)
    We want you to feel confident and carefree while wearing your rental pieces. We ask that you treat the items as you would your own. However, we are also working on an insurance option for added peace of mind.
